Album Info:A week long trip across Ohio with Cincinnati as the main focus turned out to be one for the books, and well worth each penny. The weather was overcast for most of the trip until late afternoon in Toledo and then perfect blue skies in Chicago the following day. As my usual fasion, dont worry about being bored with widecabs, as CSX provided plenty of "that good stuff" whether it had CSX reporting marks or not. Enjoy shots from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky with a little bit of everything. Leave comments!

Description:  My other favorites on the CSX roster besides the the 83's and 84's, are these ex Conrail straight 40 rebuilds. This 8873 was built as PPR 6045 back in February 1966, which means she is now 46 years old and still leading mainline trains.

Description:  Yes, really. I liked what I saw when the slug set rolled past and I could see just the air hose between the mother and the 8409. They dropped these four off here and went back to the yard. About 30 minutes later these four went back into the yard to get on their train. Cha Ching!
