Viewing Album:  Train SA -22 Going To Gerdau Steel And Return Trip To Browns Yard

Album Info:Train SA 22 runs weekly from Browns Yard (Old Bridge,NJ) to the Gerdau Steel Mill in Sayreville, NJ. Pictures taken on the track of the former Raritan River Railroad tracks. Pictures taken with and without a flash unit unit. I caught this train going to the steel mill (pushing cars) and it return trip (engine leading) to Browns Yard later that evening. Pictures taken in Bailey Park which is public property.

Description:  A northeast view as SA 22 is being pushed to Gerdau Steel. Look closely to the right in this picture and you're able to see the yellow handrail of the shoving platform which was thre first car with the conductor on it. I wasn't able to get a picture of the conductor on the shoving platform.
