I haven’t felt like railfanning of late with health issues; but these rolled through late this afternoon at sunset, and definitely required my attention: NREX 2779, (ex-UP SD45) and NREX 2746, (ex-Southern Pacific SD40M-2).
Also the big NORMANGEE station sign mounted on wood posts and harking from the BN days; was chopped down and replaced with a little road sign style marker.
These constitute my first “catch” for 2023.
Sorry, don’t know the symbol (EGW or AMY?) as yet.
