Here is page 13 of a 22-page booklet published by the Pennsylvania Railroad entitled "Modern Power For Today's Trains." It was issued originally during July of 1949. Shown here is PRR engine #6450, a J-1 (2-10-4) "Texas" built in Juniata during December of 1942 and retired in September of 1957 after just 15 years of service.
