Beautiful builder's photo of Chesapeake & Ohio 2-8-4 Kanawha type steam locomotive #2754. Built by Lima in February of 1947, the loco lasted in service until being cu up at the Richmond, VA yard in Mayof 1961. Specs - K-4 class, 69" drivers, impressive 245 psi boiler pressue, 26x34" cylinders, engine weight of 460,000 lb, tractive effort of 69.368 lb.
