Southbound MRHA Train |
Description: |
The 3 P.M. Santa Claus Express rolls down the Midland Railway Main behind their Katy RS3M near Station Sign Nowhere. The combine car behind the caboose is CNW 441, built for the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway in 1898. The CStPM&O was also known as the "Omaha Road", and Union Pacific still retains their AAR Reporing Mark, CMO, for use on rolling stock. |

We're in a CMO Combine Car right behind the engine for the trip to Norwood. It's been a while since I swept cinders out of my hair. Thanks to Mr. Grambling for bringing his engine down to the Midland. |
