Aaron Barthel General Per rule 5.4.2, yellow flags are placed 2 miles in advance of a restriction (i.e, slow order). Rule 5.4.5 states that green flags indicate the end of a restricted area. Red flags protect Form B's per Rule 5.4.7. Not picuted is the Yellow-Red flag, which is placed 2 miles in advance of a red flag, per Rule 5.4.3.
