| After wasting about 90 minutes of time notifying Eastside Yardmaster about a difference in paperwork AFTER doing the work, which required crew to then enter Wilsmere Yard office to pick up faxed paperwork, then another delay as train then came out to sit just on the other side of this bridge, with the track lined for the move shown but with a stop aspect at this dwarf for 45 minutes before the crew notified dispatch finally. Railfanning this RR is often tantamount to having teeth pulled. |
