Photo Caption: "The last steam locomotive in Pennsylvania Railroad service, retired July 15, 1959." Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5244, a B-6SB (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata during February of 1916 and retired on 15 July 1959 after 43 years of service. Partially visible at the left is PRR N-6B cabin car #982186.
