This is an old Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad CIRR chip car that came from my neck of the woods, based in Saffold, GA. The Georgia Pacific mill was built near a large lock and dam site, which the fact that power was cheap was a potential attractor of business. The CIRR is owned by GWI inducstries now. I wondered what happened to these cars. CIRR replaced them with GPSX lettered Greenville bottom door dump cars.

They put this slogan on boxcars also. Another slogan said something like "Business Grows in Early County, GA"
