WAB 2-6-0 #813 - Wabash RR  Contributor's Pick!       
This small Mogul locomotive was built in 1901 by Alco-Richmond and served the Wabash until being scrapped in June of 1933 after 32 years of service. Although built as compound Moguls, the entire class minus 3 were simplified by 1917. Specs - serial #3249, class F6, 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 20.5x28" high pressure cylinders, 32.5x28" low pressure cylinders, engine weight of 149,524 lb, modest tractive effort of 22,715 lb. Both the date and photographer are unknown. Thanks to Chuck Zeiler for pointing out some discrepancies in the original posting.
