| This 1903 Rogers built was identified by the IC as in the 1002 class of locomotives. It had impressive 79" drivers and developed a respectable boiler pressure of 200 psi boiler pressure. A later SD70 shared the same number but this loco was the first to own the rights to it. Unfortunately, no location, date or photographer was marked on the back of the photo. |
