David Harbaugh General I think it's the westbound Shenandoah at Kent, taken from one of the EL bridges over the B&O; the bridge in the background is the now-replaced Lake Street/Brady Lake Road bridge over the B&O and Breakneck Creek, and the private RR Xing was for the Davey Tree stump dump that was located off Lake Street at the bridge. 3/18/2014 10:23:56 AM
