| A northbound Blue Line arrives at 28th Street station late in the morning on Memorial Day 2015. I was only going as far as Amercian Boulevard station, where I would walk up to Ft. Snelling National Cemetery to thank vets and honor those who gave their lives for America. Then it would be back to American Boulevard and back to 28th Street, where my car was parked. At the end of my trip to the cemetery, I found out my mother was finally going to move from HCMC to a care facility in the suburbs, which meant my LRT rides today will be my last for awhile. |
