| RVSC EB Harlingen Hauler has another 5 miles to go to get to the yard. The last 5 miles can be treacherous because of the many unprotected xings and careless drivers. The two white cars failed to slow down and yield to the train. The train had been laying on the horn before the two cars darted out in front of the train at the last moment. |
