NH 2-6-0 #381 - New York, New Haven & Hartford  Contributor's Pick!       
This Mogul was one of the 155 2-6-0 Moguls built for the New York, New Have & Hartford RR by Baldwin, Schenectady & Rhode Island between 1900-05. Unfortunately it appears to be in a storage or scrap line at this point in its life. Specifics - class K-1-d, 63" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 20x28" cylinders, engine weight of 153,000 lb, tractive effort of 30,222 lb and superheated in 1913. Earle Boyd photo
