PRR 8807, FS-16M, 1963
Everyday. Here is an original photo that I took of a Pennsylvania Railroad locomotive in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, on 10 August 1963. Shown here is PRR engine #8807, an FS-16M built by Fairbanks-Morse in 1952 and rated at 1,600 horsepower. This photo was taken near the intersection of Jones and South Juniata Streets. Note the experimental switch-position indicator at the lower left of the photograph.
