Busy, busy  Contributor's Pick!
Watts is sometimes a busy place. We see the dodger, L 102, at right, working the yard. What would usually be his third unit is peeking out from behind the relay case at right. At left is the southbound H train, holding the main as he waits his turn at the yard. Behind the dodger is the tail end of the northbound grain train, whose crew now cant get on because the H train is blocking the power. It was a mess.
