CN 2-8-2 #3275 - Canadian National         
Nice b&w photo of Canadian Natioanl 2-8-2 Mikado #3275 heading up a freight that is is front of an unidentified freighthouse. Thanks to Bruce Gemmel (see comment below), the station is Stratford, Ontario, Canada. Thanks again, Bruce for your help. Built by the Candian Locomotive Company in 1918 as Canadian Government Rwy #2875, it landed on the CN roster in the 1919 merger as #3275. Specs - serial #1484, class S-1-b, 63" drivers, 180 psi boiler pressure, 27x30" cylinders, engine weight of 276,000 lb, tractive effort of 53,113 lb. The locomotive was scrapped in February of 1959. No date, location or photographer was given for the photo. Bruce Gemmel identified this as being Stratford, Ontario, station. Thanks, Bruce.
