BO 4145         
BO 4145 was one of 4 B0 GP40-2s (4145-4148) with unique enclosed strobe mounts on the cab and one of 6 units (BO 4128,4131,4145-4148) with experimental reflective frame stipes of 3m tape that was vermillion in color but as they failed looked like white polygons Here you can see the 3M reflective frame stripes as applied with their near Vermillion color.
