TRB. Here is a photo by E.P. Street, Jr., via Rail Photo Service that was taken at the Rockville Bridge near Marysville, Pennsylvania, c. 1955. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6750, an M-1B (4-8-2) "Mountain" built in Juniata as an M-1A during May of 1930, rebuilt as an M-1B in March of 1949, and retired in September of 1958 after 28 years of faithful service. In this context, it's just crossed the Bridge with a mixed-cargo freight train on its way to the Enola Yards. |
