A 70-toinner, from the pictures in my references. Westinghouse, GE and Whitcomb made industrial locomotives like this, but not Vulcan or Porter, because they weren't set up to build the larger engines.

This is a Whitcomb. Mote the signature curves at the bottom of the cab matching the ones on the fuel tank.
