| KCS had a moderate derailment here late last week. I can imagine how this might have happened, as evidenced by the spots in the track where virtually no spikes held the rails to the tie on the field side of the rail. You can see the new panel track installed after the derailment, identified by the joint bars. But, things happen and you simply can't watch the whole railroad at once. |
