Description:
Here is an example of the IC Paducah Shops rebuild. It was originally built by EMD in 1977 as PLE GP9 1502 When it fell into the roster of NYC it was renumbered a few times 5735 > 5928 >5735. It then landed on the IC roster as 8203. Eventually it was sold to Neosha Rail Service in April of 1994.The photo is by IC rail fan Dennis E. Conniff Jr.
